A few days ago there was a riot at a New Castle, Indiana prison. The prisoners who started the riot were transfers from Arizona. I know we get paid for them, but I don’t like the idea of Indiana having to take in prisoners from other States. I don’t want New Jersey’s garbage transported to Indiana, and I don’t want other States’ desperadoes. We have enough garbage and prisoners of our own.
Check into it—I’m sure your State imports problems from other States. Maybe we should just designate one State (maybe Cheney’s Wyoming since he has a boner to exploit Alaska) as the dumping ground—and send it all of the other 49s garbage, rapists, murderers, tax evaders, and people who spoil Harry Potter endings.

good idea, if they escape in wyoming, they'll probably die in the elements.
were they rioting because they were mad at being sent far away from home?
recently, they closed the local prison (20 mins away) and sent all the prisoners to live in western Md 4 hours away. people are angry about it on many front. some people don't feel they should have todrive 4 hours to see family and others are mad because a next town over lost good jobs. i'm sure people in western md are angry that their facility is being filled by the rest of the state. at times i think people keep NIMBY signs at the ready.

They do this on all levels. Myy county imports other county's prisoners.
And poor Wyoming, it's not the state's fault that Cheney is from there. By all accounts, it's a lovely state.
California is an exporter of more than just how to live the good life.
We used to import inmates, but then our previous govenor said no more.

we import illinois trash including medical waste, glass, aluminum, but they make us recycle. go figure.
p.s. colonel mustard killed harry in the library with a wrench. my friend at books'r'us snuck me out an illegal copy and i took a speed reading class and had that sucker read in 10 minutes.
