By the way, my assistant (who is funnier than hell) came into my office looking all somber. She asked me if I felt, like the Mayan calendar says, that the world will end in 2012.
I asked "Why?"
"Because if it will, I'm going to quit my job now and just hang out for 3 1/2 years until the Big Showdown."
"But what if you do that, and the world doesn't end on that date?"
"Then I'm screwed I guess and I'll be back here asking for my job back."
"OK. Let me know what you decide."
