My daffodils are blooming

The fence, which is probably four inches on our side of the property line, plus today she was on her ass putting down those planks and marble rocks which encroaches even more.

Spidey, she did!

Al, we did. You see a van in that pic?

if you follow the fence line all the way back there is something that I thought looked like a van but I guess it isnt . I might add I hate white marble chips .allan

I'm not fond of them either--especially since she didn't have the smarts to deaden the grass before she put them down

So she came into your yard to put down the rocks and wood planks? Da noive!

So you're basically losing a foot-width of space, multiplied by the length of the fence...so anywhere from 30-100 square feet, depending on how long the fence is. I cannot tell how long it is from the pic.

I think this does require that you do something. What is the purpose of the rocks, anyway? If it is to prevent animals from digging under the fence, I think she'd be ok by putting the rock between the fence gap.

i would call the zoning dept and make her remove all that stuff.

Em-now might be the time to go to the local courthouse and obtain a copy of the plat of your land. When we added my name to our deed, we found out that one of our neighbors had encroached on our land about 1/4 of an acre but since the encroachment was on top of a steep hill on one side of our 14 acres, we decided not to make an issue of it. If we ever sell, this might be a problem but since we plan to be here until we're both to old to navigate the two steps up to the deck, it'll be up to Heather to figure it all out. Ah...the gift that'll keep on giving :)
