my nephew put a pencil in my mom's microwave once, blew the whole thing up. apparently microwaves react violently to graphite, but don't mind the metal that holds the eraser on. i told my sister to write it all down so he can do a science fair project later in life.

Yike Emma! I'm glad nothing around it caught on fire!

I can't believe you did not take any photos.

Have we ever done any experiments to see what happens if you put a gnome in the microwave?

If you put fairy lights in the microwave they light up! It looks lovely.

Just googled and it works with most any light bulbs
