It all depends on where the house is . I live on a very busy street and years ago I started to screen it out with plantings of bamboo. Now you can't see all the people going by in some mad rush to get where ever they are rusing off to (walmart?) Or like beans said maybe they are just antisocial and want nothing to do with neighbors
maybe they like to wlk around the house naked,and don't like net curtains
I bet it was a case of the owners thinking that the plants looked cute when they were little and on sale at the store. They just never imagined what would happen later...
